JDM Sport LIFESTYLE Zone heads out to the DUB Show Tour 2012 @ Angel's Statdium in Anaheim with PREDICTED RAIN?! PDF Print E-mail

DUB Show Tour 2012 started off the tour hitting Anaheim at Angel Stadium. We were invited along with our friends at JDM Sport to be part of their booth for the show! Amongst other affiliates of the JDM Sport TEAM - AdvanSpec Network, Firm400, JT Photography, and the shop who invited JDM Sport to collaborate with them for this show --Syndicate Customs! Here's a shot of the JDM Sport vehicles rolling out to DUB in the AM!

Within a month of this event JDM Sport was invited to DUB Show Tour by their friends and one of the many dealers - Syndicate Customs of Sylmar, CA. (http://syndicatecustoms.net/). For all your autobody, custom, and upgrading needs! Although, RAIN was predicted this didn't stop the JDM Sport team! The crew wanted to showcase to the DUB Scene that imports can have DUBS and still go fast! And wow, did they showcase that in their Lifestyle Zone!

Show day came and we were glad that JDM Sport had contacted us to come along for the ride! The rain was kind of discouraging but the day started out VERY sunny in O.C.! Heading out to Anaheim, CA. there was NO rain in site! We pulled up and about 80% of the booth was already set-up with Syndicate Customs! JDM Sport erected their Canopy and took out all display items and tables and within less than an hour their LIFESTYLE ZONE was up and ready to go! The vehicles where then the next focus --making sure that each vehicle was parked properly to showcase was "JDM SPORT" it's lifestyle and products were all about! The notoriously known JDM Sport TWIN-TURBO Nissan 370z was at hand to display the AMAZING work done under the hood along with sponsored wheels (20") by Rohana Wheels wrapped in sponsored KUMHO tires! The JDM Sport: PROJECT GENES-X (2011 Hyundai Genesis Coupe R-Spec) was also on hand to showcase the AMAZING VIS Racing AMS SS Body Kit, JDM Sport Intake Setup, 20" Lexani LX-14 Rims wrapped in Kumho Tires (all sponsored as well). Amongst the vehicles was also authorized dealer KapuMotortrends.com's 350Z, the JDM Sport Widebody S2K Turbo Edition, the JDM Sport HotBoxz Turbo Edition, JDM Sport's GXR,  amongst spread vehicles in the show sponsored by JDM Sport! As always this company did make a "invasion"!

When the gates opened slight drizzle began and it looked like we were going to have a WET show! This didn't stop the DUB fans and enthusiasts! The lines were long as normal and it sure did show later on in the show! As patrons began walking in the major stop WAS the JDM Sport LIFESTYLE ZONE! Some fans of the DUB scene never saw custom IMPORT / TUNER vehicles up close and ALL JDM Sport sponsored vehicles were getting glances like celebrities! Photo ops were of abundance and a LOT of media attention was draw to the vehicles in the JDM Sport x Syndicate customs booth! If you were there you knew what we're talking about! We also spotted HUGE icons of the import scene like BIG ABE!

And of course we can't forget about the models! JDM Sport's usual roster of models didn't come out BUT we had Kapu's own Carla come out to represent and a few NEW models who came to help and represent! You can find pictures in upcoming coverage!

The rest of the show was pretty much WET! Fat Joe, and the HUGE roster of performers came and performance in QUICKNESS as the rain steadily became a downpour and the weather just turned out REAL bad! The JDM Sport Lifestyle Zone took a beating as the weather got worst but the TEAM managed to hold down their canopy (literally)! The FANS of dubs showed a lot of love and the show staff were very considerate in making sure everything was safe for all! The show unfortunately was called for as the weather was too bad BUT the show was great nonetheless. Enjoy the photos and look forward to more coverage by Firm400.com!
